The Challenge

Bold & Bloom Creative was a talented two-person floral and event design studio in Tampa that had been operating for five years almost entirely on word-of-mouth referrals. Despite producing stunning work for weddings, corporate events, and luxury installations, they had zero cohesive brand identity. Their logo was a free Canva template, colors shifted between projects, and they had no brand guidelines. Their Instagram had 340 followers with inconsistent posting and photos taken on an iPhone with no editing consistency. They had no website beyond a single-page Wix site with broken contact forms. Most critically, they were leaving $15K-$20K per month on the table because potential clients searching for event designers online could never find them, and those who found them through referrals often passed after seeing the unprofessional digital presence.

Our Solution

We began with a comprehensive brand discovery workshop to understand Bold & Bloom's unique market position at the intersection of luxury floral artistry and modern event design. From that foundation, we developed a complete visual identity system: a custom wordmark paired with a botanical monogram icon, a refined color palette anchoring around deep emerald green and soft blush with metallic gold accents, and a full typography system. We produced a 42-page brand guidelines document covering logo usage, color specifications, photography style, and social templates. For photography direction, we organized three dedicated portfolio shoots across a luxury wedding venue, corporate gala setup, and retail pop-up installation — producing 280+ professional images that became the backbone of all content. The social media strategy centered on Instagram and Pinterest, with TikTok for behind-the-scenes content. We built a 90-day content calendar rotating through five pillars: finished installations (40%), process/BTS (25%), client testimonials (15%), educational tips (10%), and team personality (10%). We designed 18 custom templates locked to brand guidelines and set posting cadence to 5x/week on Instagram, 15 pins/week on Pinterest, and 3 TikToks/week.
